EMPOWER COLLECTIVE IS A COMMUNITY OF WOMEN WHO UNCOVER BIASES, MAKE CHANGE THROUGH ACTION, AND ENCOURAGE EACH OTHER TO REACH FOR THEIR GOALS.

It's no secret that the expectations set for women and the way we're socialized affects our journey in living out our full potential. In the Empower Collective community, we truly believe that if we understand why we might sometimes hesitate to raise our hands, speak up, negotiate, try something new, or leap for opportunities, we're better prepared to change those habits and reach our goals.

What gets us out of bed every day

Empower Collective hosts, encourages, supports, and enables conversations that empower women to reach their goals. When conversations about gender biases and social expectations are inspiring, productive, and actionable, they empower women to lean in and go after every goal they set for themselves. 

It's all about leading the charge and uncovering changes you can make in your own life to overcome barriers and create change around you.

Currently, Empower Collective offers content, discussion guides and prompts, and events to enable these conversations and we have plans for so much more. 

Women everywhere are asking to have these conversations within their own spheres and we're here to support them. Go get 'em.
